Planned Future Events

  • There will be a TCP CHRISTMAS GATHERING at the Church Hall on Wednesday 6 December @ 2.00pm. TCP no longer has regular meetings but the members' support for All Saints'Church is unfailingly loyal and this is very much appreciated. We have occasional events especially for the group and the 'gathering' will be a fine festive affair. We look forward to a good natter, some lusty carol singing, some fine food and maybe a surprise or two!
  • A CHRISTINGLE service, supporting the Children's Society, will be held in Church on Wednesday 6th December @ 6.15pm. The Rainbows, Brownies and Guides will be at the service and you are all invited to join them at this very special service. This is one of the most moving services we hold at All Saints' over the Christmas period and its message gives real food for thought! The children's faces glowing in the light of their Christingles in the darkened church as they sing 'Away in a Manger' wipes away the commercialisation of Christmas at a stroke - don't miss it!
  • This year All Saints' will continue to support Bristol's Homeless by holding a DROP-IN @ the Church Hall on Monday 11 December, 2.00-4.00pm. As usual we will be collecting non-perishable food, toiletries, new socks and underwear, hats scarves and gloves, warm clothing etc. for Caring @ Christmas and cash donations for the Julian Trust. Street homelessness is increasing at an alarming rate in the UK and we hope that our support may help some-one to have a happier and more comfortable Christmas. Come along and enjoy our hospitality - we will be serving mince pies, stolen, hot drinks and mulled wine. Carols will be sung and it will be a good chance to catch up with the village news and relax with friends and neighbours.
  • * Tickets are available from the Social Secretary. If you would like to see other Social Events taking place, then let the Social Secretary know.

Some of these social events take place at other churches in our Group or elsewhere. From time to time we will include information on our special services in this list too.
